This is how we ended 2014:

A glass of Merlino, a cheese platter with homemade pan de higo (Spanish fig bread), homemade whole grain focaccia with EVOO and olive tapenade, grapes, smoked almonds, and extra pure olive oil chocolate truffles (also homemade). Oh, and of course a bowl of chips for E. He likes to keep things simple, a beer and chips man. Some things never change. Not even in 2015 ;-)

So here we are. Most of you probably struggled through the first work week. I know I did! Restless full-moon nights, resolutioner-packed gyms, stormy weather... hellooo 2015! The year that I'm turning the big THREE-OHHH. The year that I'll be touring Canada. The year of taking big steps towards professional growth. I'm determined to let 2015 be an astounding year:
