Slow Day

Today is one of those slow days. You wake up, take a long hot shower, get dressed, have breakfast, and then... nothing! You don't feel like doing anything, not even cooking. It's a good thing I come prepared for slow days. I have enough leftovers to eat and some recipes and photos I kept in store for a day like this. The best part of it all is that I don't even have to post or describe the recipe step by step, since someone already did it for me :-)

Hereby I present to you *drum roll* the Graham Cracker Recipe by The Edible Perspective. I followed her Trial 4 recipe, but left out the apple sauce, maple syrup and salt, and used skim milk instead of unsweetened rice milk. Also I added 3 tbsp of ground flax/pumpkin/sunflower seed and added speculaas spices. These crackers were a huge success and they were gone in two days *nomnomnom*. Will make again. Soon.
But for now, I'm going to sit back, relax, and have a cup of coffee!
