Good Eats!

I bought an amazing loaf of bread at my favorite bakery. It's full of grains and seeds (whole wheat, rye, barley, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, oats, millet, and a ton more) and just looking at it makes me happy ^^

Eating it also makes me very happy! Today for lunch, I had one huge slice with black bean chocolate hummus...

...and another with grilled Brie cheese and spinach.

MMM!!!

About that black bean chocolate hummus... OMG :-O It tastes like chocolate frosting ^^ It was inspired by this post. Drain and rinse a can of black beans and process the beans together with 5 dates (soaked in coffee), 2 tbsp PB, 3 tbsp cocoa powder, and add stevia to taste. Add some of the coffee used for soaking or milk and process until smooth. Then dig in guilt free!
